As mothers, midwives, medicine women and storytellers, they nourished and protected their communities—through plants, energy, ritual and the passing of knowledge from one heart to another.

In our modern world shaped by speed, logic, and productivity, where ritual and ceremony have largely been lost - many women feel disconnected from their deeper rhythm and inner guidance.

Your wellbeing—body, heart and energy—is not optional; it is the foundation of resilience and clarity. Through my offerings and retreats I create spaces where mothers and midwives can gather, remember, and reconnect with the threads of wisdom within that unite us, inviting you to care for yourself with the same depth of compassion and tenderness you extend to others

Mothering the Midwife

A one-day wellness retreat for midwives and nurses who are tired but not done. A day to schedule yourself‍ ‍in — a day of deep rest, where there are no responsibilities, no timelines, and nowhere you need to be except held by nature and supported in circle.

The cost to attend this one-day retreat is $350 and includes all activities, tea on arrival, lunch and afternoon tea.

What to Expect

This day has been intentionally designed to deepen awareness and connection to self and the collective through movement, reflection, creativity and a space to release, rest and rejuvenate.

No prior experience with somatic therapy, yoga, or breath work required.

Come with an open heart and respect for one another’s vulnerabilities.

Mothers Circle

A monthly 90-minute reset created for those who nurture, hold, and care for others—whether you are a mother to young or older children - this offering is a mothers’ group with a difference—one that centres you.

You give so much. This is your space to receive.

In the constant tending — to children, to home, and the balancing act of juggling many hats and the unseen mental load— it can be easy to lose the spaces where you are simply held.

This Mothers Circle is an intentional offering. Not as something to add to your to-do list, but as somewhere to soften out of it.

This is a gentle invitation to organise care for little ones, give yourself permission to be nourished, and arrive fully for yourself.

A monthly pause.

No expectations.
No roles to fulfil.
No pressure to share or show up in any particular way.

What to Expect

A return to circle, shaped with care and consideration for what mothers truly need. We begin by gathering in an opening women’s circle, creating a sense of safety, connection, and shared presence. From there, each session unfolds at an unhurried pace, no script, or strict program, just intention to build community and a place to hold you—allowing your nervous system to soften and settle.

A place to exhale, to rest, to be witnessed, and to receive..  

Guided moments of reflection and stillness to journal, and honour the paths you have walked and experiences that have shaped you.

Restorative sound healing to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Dress comfortably to sit on the floor and move freely. Shoes that slip off easily

Gentle stretch to reconnect you designed to release tension, and connect you with your body

You’re welcome to bring your lunch and linger after circle to breathe deeply and build community.
